Spiritual Services and Readings

All spiritual readings, intuitive sessions, phone consultations, chat-based services, and any form of spiritual communication or guidance are non-refundable.

Once a session has been delivered, initiated, or completed in any form, including live, recorded, phone, or chat-based services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes spiritual development programs, training materials, coaching, or any educational or energetic work provided through our network.

All such services are considered final upon delivery due to the nature of the work provided.

Products and Physical or Digital Goods

All products sold through Kozmik Innerverse are spiritual in nature and may include custom-made, energetic, or personalized items.

We offer a strict refund window of three (3) days from the date of delivery or purchase for eligible products.

To request a refund, customers must contact us directly via email within 3 days to begin the refund process. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition where applicable. Some custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return depending on the nature of the product.

Custom or Personalized Items

Items that are custom-made, spiritually charged, or personalized specifically for an individual may be non-refundable or subject to limited review at our discretion. These items are considered final sale once creation or preparation has begun.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund for eligible products, customers must email us with their order details, name, and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed, and approval is not guaranteed.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, depending on the payment provider.

Independent Contractors

Kozmik Innerverse operates with independent contractors who provide services through our platform.

Refunds are not available for any services provided by independent contractors, as they operate independently and are responsible for their own service delivery.

Any disputes related to contractor services must be directed to Kozmik Innerverse for review, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Due to the spiritual and interpretive nature of our services and products, Kozmik Innerverse does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or experiences. All services and products are provided for personal, educational, and spiritual exploration purposes only.
